Butuan City Adventure! #2

          Have you ever been to Butuan City? Well, if you haven't, then you must because Butuan City is worth visiting for. You can visit many places like the Bishop's House, the Churches, the Lake Mainit, and many others!

            Summertime in 2000 and Christmas season in 2001, our parents told me and my sister that we will be going to Butuan to visit our most Reverend Juan de Dios Pueblos, the Bishop of Butuan. He was the one who helped my mother a lot back when she was younger. I was overjoyed because that was my very first travel away from home. It was a 5-hour ride from Iligan to Butuan.

         When we arrived, people in the house especially the bishop were very welcome to us. Me and my sister then immediately toured around the place because it was nice and big, it has fresh air because it is surrounded by different kinds of trees and plants, and they have different kinds of animals like iguana and turtles. Inside the house was very spacious and there were so many rooms for guests and for priests of course. We even played with a turtle, played chess and took pictures together with our father.

         The next day, breakfast was served. There was one dish in the table that I didn't know what that was but it was really yummy but I was told later on that that was peach fruit. I wish to live there forever because they get to eat anything delicious but too bad I can't. :D anyway, we were then told by the bishop to get ready because he is going to give us a ride to visit the Church. We took pictures too.

         The next day, we went to Lake Mainit. That was a very cold day and it was a good time to go swim at the lake but we didn't brought extra clothes so it was useless. Instead, we took pictures. :D

         On our way home, after staying in Butuan for a week, me and my sister couldn't stop talking about our experiences. Also, when we arrived home, we immediately went to our nanay's house and talk about everything we did and they enjoyed listening to us. :)

       So, I think that's all I can remember. Actually, we're already planning to go back to Butuan this Christmas vacation or next Summer vacation because we really miss going there after all these years. But I wish we could go to other places also for a change like Manila or Japan (they're my favorites). :D

Lovely Complex. Chu~ :*

I saw this very cute anime that made me kilig to the max (LOL) and I will share it to you :)

It's a story of a 172cm girl and a 156cm boy who fell in love with each other. Weird right? It may seem awkward and funny to see that the girl is taller than the boy but it doesn't really matter at all as long as you love each other ;) so, here are the following characters:

This is Koizumi Risa, the 172cm girl I was talking about. Very tall for a girl like her, huh? :D she's a very nice and a pretty girl though. In episode one, during their closing ceremony, she is sleeping while standing. O.O after that, she was scolded by their teacher and was required to attend summer classes. She never thought that Otani would attend summer classes too. She and Otani are mortal enemies and at the same time, friends. They argue about nonsense things but they have the same interests! One of these interests is their favorite singer, Umibouzu. Yeah! They get crazy when they talk about Umibouzu. Anyway, in episode 6, Koizumi confessed to Otani but guess what? She was brushed off! -.- I can't believe Otani was so dense and Koizumi's efforts was all wasted, she also got rejected by Otani. Twice! But she didn't give up! She keeps on pushing and pushing until she owned Otani's heart. ^_^

This is Otani Atsushi, the 156cm and the dense guy I was talking about. Actually, he never thought of Koizumi as a girl. He only thought of her as a comedy partner because in school, they are called the All-Hanshin Kyojin. Meaning, a comedy duo consist of a tall and a short person. So, never in his mind that they might become a couple. Well, Otani is once a member of a basketball club but he then became a captain because he was good! He's so popular. Once, their was a cute girl who turned out to be a boy who has fallen in love with Otani and even kissed him on the lips! Hahaha! That was a very funny scene! Anyway, the time when he rejected Koizumi, later did he realize that he is no good without Koizumi because they've been partner for ages and they share the same interests. So, in the end, he still chose to be with Koizumi. ^_^

This is Ishihara Nobuko. One of Koizumi's bestfriends :) she has a boyfriend and they've been together since the first episode. Well, she helps Koizumi everytime there is a problem. She's the one who gives advices to Koizumi on how to confess and show how she feels to Otani. Sometimes it works, sometimes it don't because the problem is obviously, Otani. Anyway, Nobu-chan is a very strong-hearted girl. ^_^

This is Eikichi Nakao, Nobu-chan's boyfriend :) he's a very nice guy. He and Nobu-chan has a very strong relationship and they also work together for Koizumi and Otani to become a couple. There was an episode in the anime when Nobu-chan will be separated from Nakao because she needs to help her grandmother in Hokkaido(a place in Japan) and that made Nakao very sad but there's nothing he can do so he understood the decision of Nobu-chan and promised that they will never stop communicating and that was a happy ending for them. ^_^

This is Tanaka Chiharu. The other bestfriend of Koizumi :) At first, she was afraid of boys but when she met Suzuki-kun, -- who has the same personlaity as her -- her fear of boys was vanished. They also decided to go to the same college when they graduate so it's already a happy ending for them. ^_^

This is Suzuki Ryoji, Chiharu-chan's boyfriend. Very similar to Chiharu-chan :D Anyway, when he took an exam at a university, he didn't passed it and was so depressed because he couldn't go to the same university as Chiharu-chan. But then it was Chiharu-chan who decided that she will go to whatever school Suzuki-kun will be choosing. ^_^

Very familiar, hmmmm. Aha! O.O Chiharu-chan???? Hmmm. Hahaha. Just kidding. Actually, this is Kanzaki Mayu, Otani's ex-girlfriend. Unbelievable right? Koizumi couldn't believe it either. :D Here's the story: In the first episode of Lovely Complex, Otani is interested in Chiharu and Koizumi is interested in Suzuki. But they both got rejected because of the fact that Chiharu likes Suzuki and Suzuki likes Chiharu. So, Koizumi didn't expect that Kanzaki looks like Chiharu and that's why Otani is interested in Chiharu. Anyway, Otani and "this girl" broke up because "this girl" likes someone else that happened to be a very tall guy. Otani thought that it was because of his height so he was really brokenhearted. But, there was one time that Kanzaki and his boyfriend broke up and she invited Otani to a party to discuss something but Otani didn't accept it. Why? He said: "I can't. Because there's this hopeless idiot who will cry if I see you again." can you guess who this "idiot" is? ^_^

This is the cute girl who turned out to be a boy who has fallen in love with Otani. :D Kotobuki Seiko/Kotobuki Seishiro. When he saw Otani, he was really head over heels on Otani! When you want more details, watch Lovely Complex because it's really funny at the part when he confessed to Otani what he really was. Not by words but by showing his breasts (i mean, he has no breasts of course) :D well, seiko ended up helping Koizumi also. ^_^

This is Fukagawa Haruka. Koizumi's childhood friend. When he was still a baby, he used to dress up like a girl so by the time when he was in kindergarten, he was being teased by his classmates but then, Koizumi comes to rescue him so he considers Koizumi as his hero. But years had passed and he suddenly met Koizumi, he was hoping that Koizumi could become his girlfriend but unluckily, it couldn't happen because Koizumi already has Otani so they remained friends. ^_^

This is Maitake Kuniumi a.k.a. Maity, a substitute teacher. At that time when Koizumi was rejected by Otani, she saw this perfect man in front of her! So, she decided to forget Otani and go to this teacher instead. But Maity-sensei said that he has an imaginary magic casted on Koizumi. Weird right? But that was true! He helped Koizumi in order to get Otani's attention and so Otani was jealous. ^_^

This is Yoshioka Mimi, a middle-schooler. She's also a 172cm girl who likes Otani. In other words, Koizumi's rival. By the time when Otani wants to talk to her about something, she wouldn't want to hear it. Simply because she already know that Otani would reject her. But then Koizumi slap her and said: "I was rejected by Otani twice! But I didn't give up! Now that he's mine, I couldn't give him to someone who easily gives up! >.<" then Mimi-chan was speechless. ^_^

This is Umibouzu. This is the singer that Koizumi and Otani was crazy about. \m/. Even though he's not that handsome, he is a very kind person and he has a wife and a child. ^_^

So, I think that's it! :D if you want to know more, you must really really really really really watch Lovely Complex. It's best if you watch it in youtube because all episodes are complete and it's worth watching for! It's already one of my favorites! ^_^

Christmas is fast approaching!

I feel so excited when Christmas days come! :D

Christmas is not just celebrating a normal celebration. Christmas is very special in each and everyone of us. Obviously because Christmas is when we celebrate the birthday of our most beloved Jesus Christ :)

I am so thankful to Jesus in everything he does for me. Countless things. I may not be able to give gifts to Him, to my family, to my relatives, and to all of my friends, but instead I'll be wishing them to give gifts for me. Hahahaha. Just kidding. I mean I'll be giving them an advance: BRRRR BRRRR BRRRR MERRY MERRY CHRISTMAS and a HAPPY NEW YEAR!! Cheers!! ^_^

Tsukareta ~.~

Tsukareta means "I'm tired/exhausted."

           Every wednesday of my life is so tiring! My class starts at 7:30 in the morning and ends at 7:30 in the evening T_T ofcourse there is a snack time and a lunch break but I really hate wednesdays!!

             But even if my wednesdays are tiring, it's always worth tiring for because my classmates and I always bond together and we enjoy so many things together like joking, laughing, etc etc.

           Like today, me and some of my classmates went hiking. From msu-iit to the city. That was very tiring! but at the same time, we enjoyed it :)

             I think that's the reason why I'm so sleepy right now. I also got a cold too. Not cool  -.-

Me, Myself and My Asset #1

Each and everyone of us varies from the different assets we carry in our own selves. It could be good, better or best or it could also be bad, worse or worst. It depends on how we see things in ourselves. Well if you ask me, some of my friends say that my best asset are my eyes, some say my face, but there is one asset in me that I love the most. You could say that too if I tell you! I'm just kidding. Anyways, my best asset is the talent that God has given me. Singing. Yes, singing. It's been my passion for years. Even though I am not that good of a singer and I get shy performing in front of many people, but I really love singing. I really love to sing. I can reach high notes (but not very high notes) and I can reach low notes (but not very low notes).

I love singing because in my own experience, when I sing, I feel like I'm always full. I'm not hungry or anything. I'm not looking for food, etc. It's like singing is my food or at the same time my medicine. When I get bored, I learn some new songs or I sing my favorite songs and make records of those songs. Sometimes, I get crazy and say to myself "What if I become a singer right now? Will I quit school? What will I do? Oh my gosh! I'm so excited to sing!" and then I go "Oh no no, that's impossible. Totally impossible." and then I cry every night worrying about what's in store for me in the future. Hahahaha. Not cool!

My father is a very good singer and I think he shared his gene to me. The gene that can make me good at singing too. Hahaha. Actually, my sister is a very good singer too. We started singing when we were like 3 years old and the song that we used to sing back then was "Ang palaka". We made a record of that song with the help of our father of course and up until now, we still listen to it over and over again and it's really really funny but at the same time it's cute. She always copy what I do when we were little kids. When I sing a song, she sings the same song. When I recite a poem, she recites the same poem, etc., etc. My father never knew that I can sing a whole piece of song until back when I was a 4 year old, I sang "You'll never walk alone" that was revived by Regine Velasquez. I tried my best to sing it at school but judging by my age, for me being out of tune is normal right?

So, years later, my sister and I didn't expect us to improve but we did. We made music videos of our favorite songs and posted it in facebook and our "fans" liked it. After that, we were like "Whoa! Didn't see that coming." 'cause there were so many likes and so many comments. We're really grateful. We also joined a singing contest last year. That was held at the gym in our village and the title was "The Singing Dreamers". I am so thankful to God that my sister and I made it to the top 4 finalists and I was placed as champion and my sister was placed as 3rd runner-up. The 2nd singing contest that I joined last year also was "The Search for Iligan Star" that was held at the city plaza. Again I am so thankful to God that I made it to the top 4 finalists and I was placed as the 2nd runner-up. You can also check out my videos in my youtube channel! :D Anyways, that was really an amazing experience for me and it feels so good because I get to share my talent to the people that I know and don't know. And I wish this career/asset will continue in the future because one of my dreams is to become a professional singer and to be able to meet my favorite singer/actress Demi Lovato. 

In order for me to become a professional singer is 1st, to have discipline on my voice, 2nd is I have to learn how to showcase my talent, 3rd is I have to remove the nervousness and the shyness that I always feel when I sing, 4th is to be confident (but not too confident) in front of many people and last but not the least, I have to practice and practice and practice. A lot.

But for the mean time, I'll just have to wait for my call to come. I mean, I'll concentrate 1st on my studies before anything else and I'll always remember that opportunities are everywhere so I don't have to worry about everything, I'll pray to God always and I'll just learn how to be patient because patience is strongly a virtue.

Cherish friendship while it lasts

I love my friends so much! I'll cherish them for the rest of my life because they're very special to me. I know we will stand on our own feet someday and time will come when anybody's not needing anybody anymore but I hope that we will be friends forever until our last breaths and I promise that I will never forget them and I'll never stop communicating with them. Live.Love.Laugh ♥

Nihon wa daisuki desu!!~

HI! Good evening! I'm sure some of you don't understand the title of this post so I'm going to tell you. "Nihon wa daisuki desu." means "I love Japan". I'm telling this to you because I want to share to the whole world that I really want to go to JAPAN now if possible! But I can't right now because I don't have a visa yet and of course, I don't have the money to fly all over there. So, I'm gonna tell you what I like about JAPAN. 1st is their language. I really love their language! Here, I'll give you an example :D -- "Hajimemashite! Watashi no namae wa Jooeru-chan desu." -- Meaning: "Nice to meet you! My name is Joelle." another is "Shinjitsu wa itsumo hitotsu!" -- Meaning: "There's only one and only truth!" Hahaha. Actually, that's my favorite line of my favorite anime character, Kudou Shinichi of Detective Conan. And that's the 2nd thing that I like about JAPAN 'cause that's where the different animes were born and continuing to be born! They entertain people by animating and making stories that can amaze people! 3rd is their culture especially the YUKATA(a Japanese dress). I've always loved to have one of those :D 4th is their food which is a majority of seafoods. I'd really love to try all their dishes there especially in a restaurant called kaiten sushi(revolving sushi shop)!! It's a very amazing restaurant!! 5th is the shinkansen(bullet train) known as the high speed trains of JAPAN!! Whoa! I really wanna go to JAPAN right now! Hahaha LOL. And last but not the least is of course, JAPAN itself. I've always wanted to visit Tokyo Tower, The Sky Tree and other places in Tokyo, Osaka Castle, Kyoto Prefecture, etc etc.. Duh! I really love JAPAN!! ^______^

Sonny With A Chance

Good afternoon!

I'm watching Sonny With A Chance right now. This is my very favorite movie ever and it's really uh-mazing! I've been watching this over and over and over again. Anyways, wanna know why it's uh-amazing?? Hahaha. 'Cause my favorite singer/actress is in the movie. Duh! Demi Lovato. I love her so much and I am really a big fan! I also listen and sing her musics like everyday minute of everyday! I'd really love to meet her someday when I can go to Hollywood (I wish!) but not too soon because I don't have the money to fly over there! Hahaha.

Ugh, I'm really concerned about her that I post every time at her blog 'cause she's in rehab right now and it is because of her eating disorders, emotional health, etc. She even cut her own wrist! O.O *sigh* I wish she would come back soon because we, her fans, miss her so much already.
